Changing Lives Through Careers Education

We believe every student deserves the opportunity to explore their passions, unlock their potential, and embark on a fulfilling professional journey.

Preparing Today’s Youth For Tomorrow’s Opportunities

M10 was birthed in 2009 after a transformational trip to Mexico by our CEO, Stephen Riley. It was whilst he was there he had the vision to take students from the North East to Mexico to build houses for families living in poverty. Now, over 400 students have participated in this life changing opportunity.

Through this engagement with young people, it became clear the success of the trip helped enhance personal statements for interviews for further education and the world of work. However, it became clear students, especially those classed as disadvantaged, needed more than just an experiential head start.

Joining with the schools’ curriculum for careers guidance, M10 now provides quality, engaging interventions that help students to develop the skills needed to propel them into their future successes.

Supporting Your School

We help ease the burden of identifying new programmes, local businesses and the ongoing admin to facilitate programmes that will engage and prepare students for the world of work.
